  • Prepayment: 30% of total amount is charged

  • Minimum stay: two nights

  • Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellations can be made only in writing (e-mail, letter)

    • In case of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival date there is no charge (refundable deposit)

    • In case of cancellation between 21 and 2 days before arrival date, 30% of the total amount of your stay is charged (not refundable deposit)

    • In case of cancellation in less than 2 days before arrival date or in case of non arrival or or in case of departure before the due date, the total amount of your booked stay is charged
